This video is a visual treat for all the Sonic fans out there! Sonic Mania just got announced by SEGA & this video's all about the history behind Classic Sonic's cover box artwork, created by the late artist Greg Martin!

Playing Sonic The Hedgehog in the 90's during the SEGA Genesis era was an awesome time to be alive as a kid, especially with the whole game console's war going on. The artwork of classic Sonic really struck me as a kid & I believe Video Game Box Cover Art was crucial for whether or not a video game would be successful or not. Check out this collection of rare sketches & paintings of Sonic that I wanted to share with you people! This video is dedicated to the late. Greg Martin (RIP)
